Service providers are set up in Appointment 2000 along with their work days and hours as well as which services they provide. This allows Appointmnet 2000 to create and display open time slots to make scheduling even more easier.

No need to hunt for open time slots again! Other features include; easy lookup of: appointments by customer or provider, customer information, customer's appointment history; printing and viewing of: appointment reports, daily sign in sheets and mailing labels. You even have the option to automatically print appointment reports every morning.

Point-of-Sale Transactions! That's right, you can record all your sales right in Appointment 2000. Current day appointments are displayed on the transaction screen. With a click of the mouse, the provider, customer and service fields are pre- filled. Adding additional services or products are also a few clicks away. Print income and sales reports from the report window.

Notes To Remember allows you to make notes/comments on appointments and or point-of-sale transactions. Notes can be entered or viewed at any stage of an appointmnent, (entry, pre-appointment, and history). Impress your customers by noting customer's preferences and converstional topics. "Bill, how was your vacation to Cancun last month?"

AutoRemind
uses telephony software developed by Zentrix Data Systems to automatically read the appointment database and remind customers of their appointments. AutoRemind detects answering machines and keeps trying on no answers and busy signals. AutoRemind uses human voice recordings, not computer generated speech.

Not only does AutoRemind remind patients of their appointments, it also reads the history database and makes phones calls reminding customers that they are over due for an appointment. At that moment, they have the option to schedule an appointment via AutoScheduler. This option is called AutoRecall and can be turned off if not suitable for your type of business.

AutoRemind will decrease no shows, keep appointment schedule full; therefore, increase revenue.

AutoScheduler
allows your customers to schedule appointments using their touch-tone phone. Your customers will love the convenience of 24-hour scheduling. AutoScheduler works with AutoRemind and allows customers to reschedule appointments when reminder calls are made.

AutoScheduler will reduce calls during office hours and add convenient scheduling for your customers.

AutoConfirm allows your customers to confirm their appointments using their touch-tone phone. AutoConfirm will also reduce the number of calls your staff has to answer.

Appointment 2000 has a lot more features then the four software packages described above. Appointment Attendant intercepts incoming phone calls which gives your customers options to schedule or confirm an appointment before transferring the call to your receptionist. When you are closed or your staff isn't available to answer the phone, Appointment 2000 is equipped with VoiceMail. Appointment 2000 also allows you to print appointment reports and mailing labels.
